Worst experience. If only we had read about experiences of others, we'd certainly have avoided the Sai Inn. In Breakfast Only 'Poha' was offered Every Morning!!! Intercom was not working nor was it repaired even after complaint. We had to contact them on our Mobile!! When we asked hot water for drinking the staff brought once and told us that it's available in canteen-- we next time we had to go upto canteen to fetch warm water... All in all if you don't want to spoil your holiday... please avoid Sai Inn Alibaug. We regretted that we didn't read/ask about other people's experiences of this Sai Inn resort Alibaug.

The food, The Cleanliness, The Ambience, The Rooms were all best and Properly Maintained and service is very good along with their friendly staffs. Must Visit Place as it's reasonable for pockets in Alibag.

The food here is really delicious and room service is also great. The rooms were nicely cleaned. The swimming pool area is also well maintained and water is changed twice a day. Also the club house had a few really nice games to play.

Poor behavior of staff. Property is full of insects. Not at all 3 star..very highly-priced. Cottage rooms are poorly maintained and really need repair. Does not seems like 3 star property in terms of rooms and staff behavior.

Great hospitality. Polite staff. The food tastes great. Quick Service. Loved and enjoyed staying at the resort .The thing I enjoyed the most was the food , Anything and everything prepared , served was tasty.
